Blonde - light brown, wheat tone.
Hairstrokes Medium No. 2 Brow Pigment
Medium is a warm chocolate shade. Used as a base color.
Hairstrokes Dark Eyebrow Pigment No. 3
Dark: The darkest color in the palette. It's used as a primary color and as a complementary color in combination with lighter shades to create accents.
IMPORTANT NOTE:This pigment predates the standard and does not comply with Regulation 2020/2081 of December 14, also known as REACH, imposed by the European Community. It can only be used on canvas, paper, and synthetic skin for the purpose of training and practicing tattoo techniques. Use on human skin is expressly prohibited in the European Community and is subject to legal penalties.
