These pigments are pre-standard and do not comply with Regulation 2020/2081 of 14 December imposed by the European Community, also known as REACH. They can only be used on canvas, paper and synthetic skin for the purpose of training and practicing tattoo techniques. Use on human skin is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED in the European Community and subject to legal sanctions.
